Daniel Powell

Daniel Powell began going to the desert when he was only three weeks old, and has been going back ever since. Now at 22 years old, he loves to tear up the desert with RC trucks. Daniel has been involved with RC trucks since he was 13, and he even raced them for a bit, but he says he has more fun just taking them out to the desert and building them up for fun.

Dan has had up to eight RC trucks at the same time, but he currently only has one that he’s putting all his money and efforts into. His RC truck is a team associated SC10 RTR. He is running a Castle Creations Side Winder V2 ECS and 5700KV brushes motor, Hitec 645mg Servo, RPM front and rear a-arms, Team Losi aluminum adjustable shocks, RPM ball cups, Associated factory team anodized blue titanium turnbuckles, STRC aluminum rear shock tower, GH Racing aluminum rear T-plate, RPM front bumper, a Spektrum DX 2.0 radio system, Turnigy 2 cell lipo batteries, and is running a J-Concepts 1979 Ranger f250 body that’s painted blue.
